“Drivers Incorporated can i help you?” Steve answers the phone in vegan restaurant on Georgia Ave not far from their home in NW DC.

The model is simple.  You go to a bar, you get a little (or a lot) tipsy and you want to get both yourself and your car home without having an accident, getting a DUI or even risking these.  What do you do?  You call Steve.

Drivers Incorporated will send out a driver, who will drive you in your car back to your home and then an interceptor comes out and picks up the driver, so you dont have to deal with them.  The prices are reasonable, the drivers are good conversation and business is booming.

The peculiar part is that the drivers and clients are often worlds apart in terms of their personal politics.  The conservative republican being driven home by the anarchist vegan.  The free market world banker being shuttled by the fair trade occupy kid.
